Finding a waste provider usually means ringing companies one by one, repeating the same details, and hoping the price you're quoted is fair. We do that legwork instead. Tell us your suburb, what kind of waste you have and how often you need it collected, and we search the market for the provider best placed to look after you — whether that's a national operator or a local independent.

We arrange quotes for general waste, recycling, cardboard, food and organics and industrial waste, in everything from 240L wheelie bins to front lift bins and skips — for businesses and for households that need more than their council service. We also run a free waste bill check if you already have a provider and want to know whether your rate is still fair.

Who's behind it

MyBinQuote was founded in Melbourne in 2026 by James Toniolo and is Australian owned and operated (ABN 96 842 383 603). We're based in Melbourne's bayside suburbs and arrange quotes across greater Melbourne, Sydney and beyond.

We're deliberately small. When you submit an enquiry, you're not fed into a call centre — you get a callback from us directly, seven days a week, between 8am and 6pm AEST. We ask the questions a provider will need answered, then match you with the company genuinely suited to your location, waste type and collection frequency.

How we make money

Simple and worth saying plainly: the service is free for you, and MyBinQuote may receive a fee from a waste provider when a customer is matched with them. That's the entire business model — no subscriptions, no charges to you, no selling your details to marketing lists.

Because we may be paid by providers, we hold ourselves to presenting provider information objectively. We match you with the provider best placed for your situation, we tell you honestly if your current deal is already fair, and switching is always your decision, never ours.
