- Connect you with the licensed waste service provider best placed to service your enquiry — this is the core purpose of our service

The key thing to know: when you submit an enquiry, we share your enquiry details with the waste service provider we match you with, so they can contact you and provide your quote. That is how the service works, and we receive a referral fee from providers when you take up an offer. We do not sell your information to marketing lists.

- Waste service providers — the provider matched to your enquiry receives your enquiry details so they can quote and contact you.
- Service providers we use to run MyBinQuote — such as website hosting, form processing, email, analytics and advertising platforms (for example Netlify, Formspree, Google). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
- Where required by law — if we are legally required to disclose information.
